Gilded Shores was my final year university project, of which I led a team of 30 people across 2 campuses to produce.

Responsiblities
On Gilded Shores, I was the project lead. My responsibilities included:

Leading a team of 30 students, across 2 campuses and 2 year groups over the course of 8 weeks to create a highly-polished and complete vertical slice build

I worked with another project lead to support communication between campuses

Produced a conceptual marketing campaign/calendar

Created marketing assets (screenshots + GIFs + Steam Page Assets)

Scheduled and led 2 weekly meetings on Microsoft Teams, documenting them into high-quality, actionable notes

Used Microsoft Planner to ensure everybody was working towards something at all times, and that nobody felt left out/ignored

Provided feedback and input to the team

Store Pages
As I'd created steam page assets for SLAP-IT TOGETHER before, I knew how to compose a solid looking one. To get the full experience, I used an unused Steam page I had to create this.

I created GIFs (below), a trailer and screenshots (see at top of page).



Additionally, I worked with my co-lead to compose key art from his logo and background.
